Through the use of state-of-the-art glass elements and design and Fujinon’s exclusive GO-Technology, longitudinal chromatic aberration has been minimized in the Professional HD line-up while maintaining high MTF values. The XA16x8A includes the QuickZoom function also used in the high-end HD broadcast lenses with a zoom speed of only one second. The XA16x8A lens achieves a new milestone in the development of cost-effective lenses with a new innovative optical design concept utilising a unique Rear Focus drive system. The XA16x8A lens is a state-of-the-art lens that demonstrates uniform optical performance overall, from wide to tele end at a high quality level. Through the new Rear Focus system the lens also shows no visible pumping when focusing.
