Auction Terms and Conditions A 10% Buyer’s Premium for buyers paying via Cash, Cashiers Check, Company Check or Wire Transfer will apply to your purchase or 14% Buyer’s Premium for any bidder paying via Credit Card or PayPal. (Example: a $1000 purchase paying by cash instrument the total with the premium is $1100 and a $1000 purchase paying via credit card the total with the premium is $1140). Successful bidders will be notified by email following the close of the auction. All bids/invoices must be paid in full and payment received within 3 business days of the auction close at Allied Broadcast Group (ABG) home office or onsite before the product is shipped or released. All payments must be made by (1) wire transfer, (2) bank, cashier’s or certified check, (3) company check with bank letter of guarantee, (4) Credit card or PayPal. Personal or Company checks are subject to a 10 day holding period. Wire transfer information will be sent with the invoice. Credit cards will be accepted up to $20,000.00. Higher Credit Card payments must be approved in advance. Equipment may be removed following payment in full. Winning Bidder/Buyer is responsible for all loading and shipping charges. Sell prices are FOB Point of Origin and may vary depending on item. Oversized or heavier items may require palletization and freight shipment and may be subject to a packing charge. All items are sold as-is where-is. Auctioneer expressly disclaims the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ABG will do its best to represent equipment accurately. If you have specific questions regarding a function or inclusion, please clarify before placing a bid. It is the Buyers responsibility to determine the application and suitability of the items. ABG reserves the right to request a deposit from any bidders in order to approve them to bid. ABG in its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse the bid of any person without providing any notice or reason therefore. The auctioneer may at any time remove any lot, change or revise the description. ABG may be required to charge OK, CA, and NJ bidders or residents local sales tax. Items picked up in person or where bidder and seller are in the same state, may be subject to sales tax. All sales are subject to local sales tax rules and laws and may be charged accordingly. The winning bidder ultimately assumes responsibility for sales tax remittance and reporting. All buyers located outside of the United States & Canada should contact ABG office for approval to bid. A refundable deposit by wire transfer may be required. The amount of deposit will depend on your desired spending amount. Bidding may be denied until the deposit has been received in our bank.
